BCG Report 2020

SGWIT and IMDA partnered with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2020 to study gender diversity in technology across Southeast Asia (SEA), increase awareness of the underlying issues and identify solutions. The study found higher participation of women in tech in SEA than global averages, and about 65% of respondents agreed that the tech sector offers more tailored programmes to recruit, retain and promote women.
